1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using G Signals ("the Service"), operated at gsignals.ai and app.gsignals.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

G Signals is an AI-powered marketing analytics platform that connects to your Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console accounts. The Service allows you to view your marketing data in a unified dashboard and ask questions about your data using natural language through an AI chat interface.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid Google account to use the Service.
  • You must authorize read-only access to the Google services you wish to analyze (Google Ads, GA4, and/or Search Console).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

G Signals offers a free trial that allows you to connect up to 2 Google Ads accounts at no cost. To connect additional accounts or access premium features, you must subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Standard Plan — $9.99 per account per month, includes 100 AI queries per month.
  • Pro Plan — $29.99 per account per month, includes 300 AI queries per month with content generation.
  • Enterprise Plan — $59.99 per account per month, includes unlimited AI queries with image generation.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to access Google accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI chat feature provides insights and recommendations based on your marketing data. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Signals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We also depend on third-party APIs (Google, OpenAI, Stripe) which may experience their own outages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Google API access and cancelling your subscription.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
